This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the trAIding mobile application and related services (including any website that may be added in the future, collectively referred to as the "Service"). The Service is distributed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store and is provided by Coincurator, located in Seongnam-si, Republic of Korea. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies globally. We have designed it to comply with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.

Since trAIding does not require account registration, we do not collect traditional identifiers like your name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide them (e.g., through contacting us). However, we may collect the following types of information:

Usage Data:

• Information you input into the Service (e.g., questions or prompts related to investment and trading).
• AI-generated responses based on your input.
• Technical data such as device type, operating system, IP address, unique device identifiers, app usage statistics, and crash reports.

Payment Data:

• If you subscribe to the ad-free plan (USD 4.9/month) or Smarter AI feature (USD 19.9/month), payment information is processed through RevenueCat, our third-party payment management service, in conjunction with Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment details, but RevenueCat may collect transaction-related data (e.g., purchase history, Google purchase token, or Apple receipt file) on our behalf to manage subscriptions.

Advertising Data:

• With your consent, we may collect your device's advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) which may be used by Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and ironSource to deliver personalized ads across apps and websites.

Voluntary Communications:

• If you contact us directly (e.g., via email), we may collect the information you provide, such as your email address or other contact details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service based on our legitimate interests, or with your consent where required. Specific purposes include:

• Generating AI responses to your questions or prompts.
• Enhancing the functionality and performance of the Service (e.g., improving AI models or fixing technical issues).
• Analyzing usage patterns to optimize user experience.
• Managing subscriptions and processing payments via RevenueCat.
• With your consent, delivering personalized advertisements through our advertising partners to improve ad relevance and support the Service.
• Complying with legal obligations or responding to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes beyond advertising within the Service.

Your payment data is handled by RevenueCat in collaboration with Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and we do not have direct access to it. Advertising data may be shared with our advertising partners (e.g., AdMob) to serve personalized ads, but only if you have provided consent for tracking.

Storage: Your data is stored on secure servers located in the Republic of Korea. We retain usage data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.

Security: We implement industry-standard security measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

RevenueCat and advertising partners, based in the United States, may process payment or advertising-related data in the U.S., as outlined in their privacy policies.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If we learn that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Service, please contact us.

Advertising Partners: If you choose to view ads to access full responses, our third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and ironSource, may collect data as described in their respective privacy policies. With your consent, these partners may collect data such as advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA or AAID) to serve personalized ads across apps and websites, improving ad relevance and increasing our ad revenue to support the Service. Advertising data collected by Meta Audience Network and ironSource may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions according to their respective privacy practices.

Payment Platforms: Payment data is processed by RevenueCat, which integrates with Google Play Store and Apple App Store. RevenueCat's handling of your data is governed by its privacy policy (available at RevenueCat Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the data practices of RevenueCat, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the Service. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification or other means. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
