trAIding Terms of Service

Thank you for using trAIding! These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") apply to your use of the trAIding mobile application and related services (including any website that may be added in the future, collectively referred to as the "Service"). The Service is distributed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. By downloading or using the Service, you are deemed to agree to these Terms.

Operator Information

trAIding is provided by Coincurator (hereinafter "we" or "us"), a company located in Seongnam-si, Republic of Korea.

Minimum Age

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old and meet the legal minimum age required to consent to use the Service in your country. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

If you do not meet these age requirements, you may not download or use the Service.

Service Overview

trAIding is an AI-based service specialized in investment and trading. Users can input messages, and the Service collects relevant data to provide responses. No separate registration process is required; the Service is available for immediate use upon download.

Service Use

Basic Use: You may ask questions through the Service and receive AI-generated responses. To view the full content of a response, you must choose one of the following:

• Watch an advertisement provided by third-party advertising partners (e.g., AdMob or others), which may be personalized based on your consent.
• Subscribe to the ad-free plan (USD 4.9 per month).

Smarter AI Feature: For responses from an enhanced AI model, you may subscribe to the Smarter AI plan (USD 19.9 per month).

Restrictions: You may not use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes or in a manner that infringes on the rights of third parties. Attempting to reverse-engineer or replicate the Service's source code or algorithms is prohibited.

Payment and Subscription

Payment: To use subscription services, you must make payments through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and provide accurate payment information. Payments are managed by RevenueCat using Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the app store, and cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices from time to time. In the event of a price increase, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification or email. The new price will apply starting from your next renewal.

Data Use

Collection and Use: We may collect and use app usage data to enhance and improve the Service. This may include questions you input and responses generated by the AI.

Advertising Data: We may collect advertising data with your consent for personalized ads. This includes device identifiers that help deliver more relevant advertisements.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law or with advertising partners (with your consent).

Security: Data is managed securely and processed in compliance with applicable laws.

Content Ownership and Responsibility

User Input: The content you input into the Service (hereinafter "Input") and the AI-generated responses based on it (hereinafter "Output") are your responsibility. You warrant that your Input does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

Ownership: You retain ownership of your Input and Output, and we assign to you any rights we may have in the Output.

Accuracy: The AI's Output may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon solely for critical matters such as investment decisions. We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in the Output.

Service Termination and Suspension

User Termination: You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app.

Our Rights: We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Potential risk to us, users, or third parties caused by your use of the Service.
• When required to comply with legal obligations.

Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue the Service, we will provide prior notice and a refund for any unused portion of a paid subscription.

Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, make no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. Our liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid or KRW 100,000. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or special damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved in the courts located in Seongnam-si, Republic of Korea. However, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through consultation before pursuing litigation.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms as needed to improve the Service, comply with legal changes, or for other reasons. For significant changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
